I used to think that my rage was my fuel
Welcome to my room. Today has just been one of this days were the little voice in my head whispers “ You should have stayed in bed” over and over again, like a broken record.
Isnt the pain quite comforting? Like a warm blanket keeping you down. Just another glass of wine, just another cigarette, just another episode, just another page, just another day in bed…. Now dont get me wrong, pain is very legitimate but how do you get out of hells loop? How do you find comfort in the “good” ? How do you break the circle? How do you heal your tree?
Using the book Big Magic - Creative Living Beyond Fear by Elisabeth Gilbert, music, poems, lived experiences and imaginary, we are going to go on a journey together. A journey through the hills of the sweet pain and the bitter healing.
