A retrospect: last month at P.A.R.T.S.
During 4 weeks, the students from our Bachelor program Training had a choice to work in smaller groups on repertoire, creation or personal work. All of this was presented mid June during an internal presentation.
In the spotlight this week: personal work initiated by Renátó Miskolczi with “FLIES”.
Exploring the space between installation and performance, FLIES is an in situ piece that ‘activates’ the façade of WIELS. Defying gravity, ever evolving cycles of jumping, falling and running highlight the inter-relationship between space and movement.
