Anne Pajunen FI/BE

Anne Pajunen is a dance artist, actor and dance and theatre maker.
She was first introduced to yoga at the early age of 14 at the Helsinki Ashtanga Yoga School in 1999. Since then, she has kept expanding her practice and familiarizing herself with different approaches. In 2022 she completed a one-year Yoga Teacher Training course (RYT200h) at Hima&Happiness, Helsinki.
As a performing artist she is passionate about holistic, psycho-physical approaches to performing and forever fascinated by humans and the myriad of ways in which we communicate in our eternal longing for unity and togetherness.
She regularly teaches both yoga and movement and has taught at The Theatre Academy of Finland, Tanssivintti Helsinki and at the Open Monday classes of Hiatus in Brussels among others. She is used to working with people of all ages, with advanced students and complete beginners alike.
Anne has an MA in Dance from the Theatre Academy of Finland, an MA in Acting from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London, and a P.A.R.T.S. Research Diploma. She continues to deepen her studies in yoga and to take further training whilst actively working as a freelance performer.
